The Challenge

Our client collects tens of thousands of customer feedback responses about their services every month - far more than any team could read and analyze by hand. They needed a way to gather rich, qualitative feedback at scale and turn it into structured, actionable insight automatically, without losing the nuance that traditional surveys tend to flatten.

What We Built

We delivered a complete AI-powered platform spanning the conversational experience, the analysis engine, and the management interface:

  • A satisfaction chatbot that interviews customers in a natural conversation, replacing rigid questionnaires with an adaptive dialogue.
  • A web frontend and backend system orchestrating the conversations, the analysis pipeline, and the reporting layer.
  • Multi-LLM integration via LangChain, letting the platform route to the right model for each task and keeping the chatbot interactive and the analysis efficient.

A Smart, Configurable Conversation

The system is highly configurable, ensuring the bot asks the right questions to extract as much useful information as possible while keeping each conversation sharp and concise. Rather than overwhelming customers with long forms, it adapts in real time - probing where it matters and moving on where it doesn’t - to maximize the quality of feedback per minute of the customer’s time.

Automated Feature Analysis & Aggregation

Behind every conversation, the platform automatically extracts and analyzes characteristics from what customers say, then aggregates those signals across the full volume of monthly feedback. What once would have required an impossible amount of manual reading becomes a continuously updated, structured view of customer sentiment and themes.

Chat With Your Data

We implemented a “chat with your data” capability that lets managers ask questions about the collected conversations in plain language and generate analytics on demand. Instead of waiting on static reports, decision-makers can interrogate the feedback directly - surfacing trends, drilling into issues, and producing insight in the moment.
